Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, perako77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
perako77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
